Add your dental information to your ShoeboxDentist account file:

1. Drag/drop any other information you believe the dentist will need to review your question 
   
2. Drag/drop your x-rays into your file  
   
3. Dr. Dees will contact you via email within 4 hours to make a voice or video appointment
